Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in the New Home Buddy Affiliate Program (“Program”).
By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
Capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set forth throughout this Agreement.
2. Non-Exclusivity
The Program is non-exclusive. You are free to promote other products and services so long as they do not conflict with this Agreement.
3. Application and Acceptance
At this time, an application is not required. Any person or entity that participates or attempts to participate in this program (the “Affiliate Program”) must accept this Affiliate Program Agreement (this “Agreement”) without change. By registering for or using the New Home Buddy Site, you agree to this Agreement.
4. Eligible Referrals and Commissions
Commissions are earned only on eligible activity as defined in the Program terms and tracked through approved links or methods.
5. Payment Requirements
Payouts are issued only after eligible activity is verified and all payment requirements are met.
6. Content Standards
All content must be accurate, helpful, and aligned with New Home Buddy’s mission and brand. See the Content & Disclosure Rules below.
Brand Safety and Conduct
- No false or misleading claims about New Home Buddy or our products.
- No hate, harassment, unlawful, obscene, or violent content.
- No fake traffic, bots, spam, or other deceptive tactics.
- No impersonation or unauthorized statements on behalf of New Home Buddy.
- Clearly remove or correct content when requested.
- New Home Buddy may suspend or terminate participation immediately if continued association could negatively affect its reputation, users, partners, or business.
7. Approved Use of Trademarks and Brand Materials
Use our name, logos, and brand materials only as approved and provided by New Home Buddy.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Use our name, logos, and brand materials only as approved and provided by New Home Buddy.
9. Term and Termination
We may modify or end the Program or this Agreement at any time with notice.
10. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must stop promoting New Home Buddy and remove all approved materials and links.
11. Employment Status
You are not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of New Home Buddy.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Home Buddy from claims arising from your content or conduct.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided “as is.” New Home Buddy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
