Why does the free tier require a data feed?
A data feed lets us keep your listings accurate and up to date automatically. Without one, listings have to be maintained by hand — which is exactly the service the Builder Accelerator Program provides.
Do you support SFTP file uploads for updates?
Not yet — our free tier currently supports BDX and XML data feeds. We plan to support SFTP-based builders in 2027. Until then, builders who update through SFTP are a great fit for the Builder Accelerator Program, where our team handles listing maintenance directly.
What is Sales Portal Pro, and why is it included?
Sales Portal Pro is our premium analytics and team-oversight suite for builder leadership — normally $1,000/month. We include it with the Builder Accelerator Program because growing builders benefit most from seeing exactly how their homes, reps, and agent connections are performing.
What does the $7,500 first-year fee cover?
It covers your onboarding plus your full first year of service — plan listing setup and maintenance, the full platform, workshops in your model home with top producing agents, hands-on support, and Sales Portal Pro. After year one, service continues at $4,000/year. Pricing is per division, so if you operate in multiple markets or divisions, we’ll put together a simple quote that covers each one.
What does NHB maintain, and what do I provide?
Our team builds and maintains your community and plan listings and keeps your incentives current. Because boutique builders typically don’t have an automated data feed, you’ll send us inventory sheets on a regular basis so we can keep your available homes accurate and up to date. It’s a simple, lightweight handoff — and the only thing we need from you to keep listings current.
Can I move from the Accelerator Program to the free tier later?
Absolutely. If you add a BDX or XML data feed down the road, you may qualify for the free tier. We’ll help you make that transition when the time is right.
