Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The free plan is the full core New Home Buddy experience, and nothing that’s free today becomes paid.

Do I need Branding Pro to get Lead Gen Pro?

No. You subscribe to one plan. Lead Gen Pro includes everything in Branding Pro.

How does billing work?

Plans bill monthly. Checkout and billing are handled securely by Stripe, and you can change or cancel your plan from Billing in your portal.

Are the plans the same for builder reps?

Almost. Reps pay the same prices and get the same features, except brand color in the nav bar, the Follow Up Boss and upcoming Zapier integrations, hiding home addresses and Rev Share, which are for agents.

Can I pay less through a referral?

Agents who subscribe through another agent’s Rev Share referral link save $10/mo for life: Branding Pro is $24.99/mo and Lead Gen Pro is $49.99/mo. Referral pricing isn’t available to builder reps. About Rev Share.
