Your link looks like a.nhb.app/join/your-name, with a QR code. Agents who subscribe through it save $10/mo for life.
Levels and rates
Up to 5 Levels deep, every month.
Part of every referred subscription is shared with the agents above it, for as long as both subscriptions stay active. Rates depend on the plan each referred agent subscribes to.

You refer 5 agents. They each refer 2, and so on for five Levels: 5 + 10 + 20 + 40 + 80 = 155 agents.

No income claims
Don’t tell anyone they’ll earn a set amount, cover their costs or replace their income.

Rev Share is for New Home Buddy subscriptions. It never depends on a home sale, lead or closing.

Rev Share questions.
Who can earn Rev Share?
U.S. real estate agents, 18 or older, with an active Lead Gen Pro subscription and an active Stripe Connect account for payouts.
Can Branding Pro subscribers earn?
No, earning requires Lead Gen Pro. But Branding Pro subscribers in your network count: each one shares $2/mo at every Level.
What does an agent I refer save?
$10/mo for life: Branding Pro is $24.99/mo instead of $34.99, and Lead Gen Pro is $49.99/mo instead of $59.99. The discount stays if they switch plans.
When are payouts?
On or about the 1st of each month, through Stripe, with no minimum. Your Rev Share tab shows an estimate; your payouts and tax forms are in Stripe.
What if someone in the middle of my network cancels?
Only their own slot stops. Nobody moves up to take their place: everyone beneath them stays where they are and keeps counting toward your earnings at the same Levels.
What if I cancel Lead Gen Pro?
Earnings stop at the end of your term, your last payout goes out on the next 1st, and your referral link stops crediting new signups.
Can builder sales reps take part?
No. Rev Share is for agents only. Reps can’t earn, can’t get referral pricing and aren’t part of anyone’s network.
If someone opens my link but doesn’t sign up right away, am I still their referrer?
If they create a new account through your link, yes: you’re saved as their referrer for 60 days, even if they open another agent’s link later. If they subscribe in that time, they get the referral price and join your network.
People who already had an account need to subscribe in the same visit they open your link.
I already have an account. Can I still join someone’s network?
Yes, as long as no one has referred you yet. Open their referral link, then:
- Free account: subscribe in that same visit.
- Already paying full price: choose Switch to Referral Price. Your $10/mo discount and your place in their network start with your next billing period.
Once you have a referrer, it’s permanent and can’t be moved to another agent.
Can I see who’s in my network?
You see the names of the agents you referred yourself (Level 1), with their plan and network activity. For Levels 2–5 you see how many agents there are and estimated earnings under each Level 1 agent, but not their names or contact info.
If an agent in my network leaves, do I get their network’s contact info?
No. The agents below them stay private. You keep earning from them as before.
