New Home Buddy Revenue Share Program Terms

Effective October 6, 2026 · Version 1.0

These New Home Buddy Revenue Share Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) are an agreement between you and New Home Buddy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“NHB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They explain how the New Home Buddy Rev Share program (the “Program”) works, how you earn, and the rules you agree to follow.

By clicking “Set up payouts” in your Rev Share setup, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Program Terms. Creating or sharing your Referral Link also confirms your agreement. If you do not agree, do not click “Set up payouts.”

These Program Terms add to the NHB Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. If these Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a Rev Share topic, these Program Terms control. If you have signed a separate written Revenue Share Partnership Agreement with NHB, that signed agreement controls instead.

Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full terms)
  • Share your Referral Link. People who create an NHB account through it get referral pricing on paid plans.
  • You earn monthly Rev Share on paid Lead Gen Pro and Branding Pro subscriptions in your network, up to 5 Levels deep.
  • Rev Share is available only while you hold an active Lead Gen Pro subscription. When your subscription ends, your earnings stop.
  • We only pay on subscription fees we actually collect. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted.
  • Payouts go to your Stripe account on the 1st of each month. Your final payout may differ slightly from your estimate.
  • Earnings are not guaranteed. Rev Share is a customer referral program, not a job or an income opportunity.
  • Promote NHB honestly, disclose that you earn from referrals, and never spam.

1. Key Terms

1.1. “Active Subscription” means a paid subscription to an Eligible Paid Plan that is current and paid. It does not include a subscription that is cancelled, refunded, charged back, unpaid, in a free trial, complimentary, suspended, or under fraud review.

1.2. “Downline” means the Referred Subscribers attributed to you at Levels 1 through 5.

1.3. “Eligible Paid Plan” means NHB’s Lead Gen Pro and Branding Pro subscription plans, as we may rename or repackage them, and any other plan we list as eligible on the Rev Share page.

1.4. “Level” means a Referred Subscriber’s position in your Downline. A Level 1 subscriber created their NHB account through your Referral Link. A Level 2 subscriber created their account through a Level 1 subscriber’s Referral Link. Levels 3, 4, and 5 follow the same pattern.

1.5. “Qualifying Subscription” means an Active Subscription to Lead Gen Pro. You must hold a Qualifying Subscription to take part in the Program and earn Rev Share Earnings.

1.6. “Referral Link” means the unique link, referral code, or QR code we give you for the Program.

1.7. “Referred Subscriber” means a person whose NHB account is attributed to you or your Downline under Section 4.

1.8. “Rev Share Earnings” means the amounts you earn under Section 5.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1. Who Can Join. To enroll and earn, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be a real estate agent with an NHB Agent Portal account in good standing; (c) hold an active Qualifying Subscription; (d) be a resident of the United States; and (e) have an active Stripe Connect account, as described in Section 6.1. Builder sales representatives, builder accounts, and NHB employees are not eligible.

2.2. One Account Per Person. You may hold only one Program enrollment. You may not create or use multiple accounts to earn more Rev Share.

2.3. Our Right to Decline. We may decline or remove any enrollment if we reasonably believe it does not meet these Program Terms.

2.4. Record of Your Acceptance. When you enroll, we record the date, time, Program Terms version, and account details tied to your acceptance. That record is evidence that you agreed to these Program Terms.

4. How Referrals Are Credited (Attribution)

4.1. Credit at Account Creation. A referral is credited when the new user creates an NHB account (free or paid) through a Referral Link. It is not credited at first payment.

4.2. First Signup Wins. Each account can be attributed to only one referrer. The first valid Referral Link used at account creation wins. Attribution is permanent and does not transfer, even if the user later says someone else referred them.

4.3. Our Records Control. Our tracking records decide attribution. If you believe a referral was not credited because of a technical error on our side, contact us within 30 days after the account was created. We will review the request in good faith, but any change is at our sole discretion.

4.4. No Self-Referrals. You may not refer yourself, your own additional accounts, or accounts you create for someone else without their knowledge. Referrals must be real people who choose to create their own account.

4.5. Plan Changes Keep Position. If a Referred Subscriber switches between Eligible Paid Plans, their referral pricing and Downline position stay the same.

5. What You Earn

5.1. Rev Share Rates. For each month that a Referred Subscriber in your Downline has an Active Subscription, you earn the following, based on their Level and plan:

Level Who this is Lead Gen Pro

(per month)

Branding Pro

(per month)

Level 1 Someone who signed up through your Referral Link $2.00 $2.00
Level 2 Someone who signed up through a Level 1 subscriber’s link $5.00 $2.00
Level 3 Someone who signed up through a Level 2 subscriber’s link $3.00 $2.00
Level 4 Someone who signed up through a Level 3 subscriber’s link $3.00 $2.00
Level 5 Someone who signed up through a Level 4 subscriber’s link $2.00 $2.00

5.2. Five-Level Limit. Rev Share stops at Level 5. You earn nothing on subscribers at Level 6 or deeper.

5.3. Plan-Based Rates. The rate depends on the Eligible Paid Plan the Referred Subscriber holds that month. Each subscription earns at only one plan rate per month.

5.4. Distinct Accounts Only. Rev Share on each subscription is shared among up to five different accounts, one at each Level. No account can earn at more than one Level on the same subscription.

5.5. No Roll-Up. If a Level above a subscriber is empty, or the person at that Level is not currently eligible to earn, that Level’s amount is not paid to anyone else. NHB keeps it.

5.6. Only on Fees We Collect. You earn only for months in which we actually receive the Referred Subscriber’s subscription payment. You earn nothing on free accounts, free features, free trials, complimentary or test accounts, taxes, or non-subscription fees.

5.7. Earnings End With Your Subscription. You earn only while your own Qualifying Subscription is active and paid. When your subscription term ends, your earnings stop. Your last payout is sent on the next regular payout date. For example, if your subscription ends on October 20, your last payout is sent on November 1. If you subscribe again later, you can earn for future months only. You do not earn for any time your subscription was inactive.

5.8. Earnings Are Not Guaranteed. Your earnings depend on how many people join and stay subscribed. We do not promise any level of earnings. Any example we show is an illustration only, and actual results vary.

6. Payouts and Taxes

6.1. Payouts Through Stripe Connect. All payouts are handled by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) through Stripe Connect. You must set up a Stripe Connect account, and it must be active, before you can turn on Rev Share. If your Stripe account becomes pending, restricted, or disconnected, you must fix it directly with Stripe. We cannot send payouts until it is active again. We send your Rev Share Earnings to your Stripe account on or about the 1st of each month. There is no minimum payout amount.

6.2. Estimated vs. Final Amounts. Your Rev Share tab shows an Estimated Monthly Payment based on everyone in your network. It is an estimate, and your final payout may be higher or lower. For example: (a) new signups on a promotional discount, free trial, or pending upgrade do not earn Rev Share until they become paying subscribers; (b) signups near a payout date may roll to the next payout; and (c) refunds, chargebacks, and other adjustments under Section 6.5 are applied before payment. Your Rev Share Earnings are based on the final amount we send, subject to Section 6.6.

6.3. Stripe Services Agreement. Payment processing services for Program participants on New Home Buddy are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”), to the extent those terms apply to your payouts. Stripe’s acquirer disclosure is also shown to you during Stripe onboarding. By agreeing to these Program Terms or continuing to take part in the Program, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it from time to time. As a condition of NHB enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide NHB accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize NHB to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. Once funds reach your Stripe account, everything about how you receive them, including bank payout timing, methods, fees, identity verification, and account holds, is governed by the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe processes your personal data as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy. Contact NHB, not Stripe, with questions about the status of your payouts. NHB is not responsible for Stripe’s services.

6.4. Your Taxes and Tax Forms. You are responsible for all taxes on your Rev Share Earnings. Stripe collects the tax information needed for reporting during onboarding. As the payer, NHB will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC for your Rev Share Earnings when required by law, and files and delivers it through Stripe. You can view and download your tax forms in your Stripe Express Dashboard. If you do not consent to electronic delivery, NHB will send a paper copy by mail.

6.5. Adjustments and Clawbacks. If a subscription we paid on is later refunded, charged back, cancelled retroactively, duplicated, misattributed, or found to be fraudulent, we may deduct that amount from your future Rev Share Earnings or ask you to repay it.

6.6. Questions About Your Earnings. If you believe a payout amount is wrong, contact us within 30 days after it is sent to your Stripe account. After that, the amount is considered accepted, except in cases of clear error or fraud. Contact NHB at support@newhomebuddy.com with any questions about a payout.

7. Your Downline and Privacy

7.1. What You Can See. Your Rev Share tab shows the names of your Level 1 subscribers (people who signed up through your Referral Link). For Levels 2 through 5, you see counts and totals only, grouped by your Level 1 subscribers. We do not share the identities of people deeper in your network.

7.2. Respect Others’ Privacy. You may not try to identify Level 2 through 5 subscribers through the Program, or use Program data to contact, market to, or recruit anyone in a way that violates our Privacy Policy or the law.

7.3. Your Information. We use your information to run the Program, pay you, meet tax and legal duties, and prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy Policy. We share the information Stripe needs to process your payouts. If you are someone else’s Level 1 subscriber, your name will be visible to the person who referred you.

8. Promotion Rules

When you share your Referral Link or talk about NHB, you agree to the following:

  • Be honest. Describe NHB, its features, and its pricing accurately. Only use current information from NHB or our approved materials.
  • Disclose your earnings. Clearly tell people that you may earn Rev Share if they sign up through your link. Follow the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and similar rules.
  • Make no income claims. Do not promise or suggest that anyone will earn a certain amount, cover their costs, or replace their income. Do not present the Program as a business opportunity, investment, or job.
  • No spam. Follow all email, text message, phone, and social media laws, including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA. Do not text or call anyone without their consent.
  • No paid search on our brand. Do not bid on “New Home Buddy,” “NHB,” or similar terms in paid search or ads. Do not post your Referral Link on coupon, deal, or cashback sites.
  • Do not pose as NHB. Do not suggest you are an NHB employee or official representative. Do not create websites, social accounts, or ads that look like they come from NHB.
  • Use our brand correctly. Use only the NHB logos and brand assets we provide, and follow our brand guidelines.
  • Follow your industry’s rules. Comply with your brokerage’s policies, your MLS and association rules, real estate advertising laws, and fair housing laws.

9. Real Estate Compliance

9.1. Software Referrals Only. Rev Share Earnings are paid only for referring paid NHB software subscriptions. They are not paid for referring any home buyer, seller, lead, real estate transaction, or settlement service. No Rev Share Earnings depend on any home sale, closing, or commission.

9.2. Your Professional Duties. You are responsible for making sure your participation in the Program complies with your license, your brokerage agreement, and any rules that apply to you. NHB does not give legal, tax, or brokerage advice.

10. Independent Relationship

You take part in the Program as an independent participant. You are not an NHB employee, agent, partner, or franchisee. You cannot make promises or sign agreements on NHB’s behalf. You are not entitled to any employee benefits from NHB.

11. Changes to the Program or These Terms

11.1. Our Right to Change. We may change the Program, the Rev Share rates, Eligible Paid Plans, referral pricing, or these Program Terms. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email or in the NHB platform.

11.2. How Changes Take Effect. We may ask you to accept updated Program Terms before you can keep earning. If you do not accept, your participation will pause until you do. If you keep taking part after a change takes effect, you accept the change.

11.3. Earned Amounts Are Protected. Changes apply going forward. They do not reduce Rev Share Earnings you already earned before the change took effect.

12. Leaving the Program, Suspension, and Termination

12.1. You Can Leave Anytime. You may turn off Rev Share at any time in your Rev Share tab.

12.2. Suspension or Removal. We may suspend or remove you from the Program, and hold payouts during a review, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Program Terms, engaged in fraud, or harmed NHB, its users, or its partners.

12.3. Ending the Program. We may end the Program for everyone with at least 30 days’ notice.

12.4. What Happens When Participation Ends. Your Referral Link stops working for new attribution, and you stop earning for future months. We will send your earned, unpaid balance to your Stripe account on the next regular payout date, unless it is held for review under Section 12.2. However, earnings tied to fraud or a serious breach of these Program Terms are forfeited. Your Level amounts are not reassigned to anyone else. If you later re-enroll, you earn only for future months under the Program Terms then in effect.

13. Disclaimers and Limits on Liability

13.1. Program Provided “As Is”. We work to keep tracking and earnings accurate, but we do not promise that the Program or our tracking will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Program Terms.

13.2. Limit on Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, NHB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, related to the Program. Our total liability to you related to the Program will not exceed the greater of: (a) the Rev Share Earnings paid to you in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) $100. This limit does not apply to earned Rev Share Earnings we owe you.

13.3. Your Responsibility. You agree to defend and hold NHB harmless from third-party claims caused by your promotion of NHB, your breach of these Program Terms, or your violation of law.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes about the Program are handled under the dispute resolution section of the NHB Terms of Service. If the Terms of Service do not address a dispute, these Program Terms are governed by Texas law, and the state and federal courts in Bexar County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. General

15.1. Notices. We may send you notices by email to the address on your account or through the NHB platform. You may contact us at support@newhomebuddy.com.

15.2. No Transfer. You may not transfer your enrollment, Referral Link, Downline, or earnings to anyone else without our written consent. We may assign these Program Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.

15.3. Severability and Waiver. If any part of these Program Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not waived it.

15.4. Entire Agreement. These Program Terms, together with the NHB Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and NHB about the Program.
