Who is the Sales Portal for?
The Sales Portal is built for builder leadership — Division Presidents, VPs of Sales, Regional Managers, Marketing Directors, and Division Sales Managers. Sales reps use the Builder Portal.
Does a Pro subscription cover all my divisions?
No. Pro is priced per division at $1,000/month. Each division you manage needs its own subscription, which gives you flexibility to start with one and expand from there.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime and you’ll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
What’s the difference between NHB Market Data and NHB Predictive Trends?
NHB Market Data looks backward — averages and locations from homes that went pending or sold, so you can set smarter prices and incentives. NHB Predictive Trends looks forward — AI-powered rankings of the homes, agents, and areas with the most live buyer activity, so you know what’s most likely to sell next.
Where does the market data come from?
Everything is based on buyer and agent activity recorded on New Home Buddy — not from your CRM, builder website, MLS, or any external source. We only see what happens within New Home Buddy, including the incentive data builders provide through their feeds and imports.
Do my Sales Reps get Sales Portal access?
Sales Reps use the Builder Portal. If a rep needs Sales Portal analytics access, they can be assigned a Sales Portal role (Admin, Manager, or Portal Viewer) in addition to their rep account.
How do I get my team set up?
Email jonathan@newhomebuddy.com and we’ll get you and your team set up with the right access. Existing users can manage team invites from the Users tab.
