Connect Follow Up Boss once, and every new lead from your New Home Buddy links lands in your CRM automatically. Follow up the way you already do, with your own lead routing.
Setup takes about two minutes and you don’t need to write any code.
What You Need
A New Home Buddy agent account on Branding Pro or Lead Gen Pro. The Follow Up Boss integration is included with both. It isn’t available on the free plan, and it isn’t available to builder accounts.
A Follow Up Boss account.
That’s it.
Step 1: Open Integrations
Log in to New Home Buddy and click Integrations in the left sidebar.
Find the Follow Up Boss card and click Connect. The Connect Follow Up Boss window opens. Click Connect again.
Step 2: Grant Access in Follow Up Boss
Follow Up Boss opens. Sign in if it asks you to.
You’ll see New Home Buddy wants to access your Follow Up Boss Account, with the email of the account you’re signed in to and the access New Home Buddy needs. Check that it’s the right account, then click Grant Access.
You’re taken back to Integrations, and the Follow Up Boss card shows Connected. You’re done.

What Arrives in Follow Up Boss
Every visitor who signs up on one of your links becomes a new person in Follow Up Boss, the moment they register:
- Stage: Lead
- Source: New Home Buddy
- A Registration event: “Client registered through New Home Buddy.”
Only new leads are sent. Clients already in your New Home Buddy account before you connected stay in New Home Buddy.

Route Leads Your Way
New Home Buddy doesn’t decide who gets each lead. Follow Up Boss does, using your own lead flow and distribution rules.
Set up your rules in Follow Up Boss for the New Home Buddy source, and every lead is assigned the way you or your team already work.
Disconnect or Reconnect
On the Integrations page, click Manage on the Follow Up Boss card. The window shows Connected to Follow Up Boss.
- Click Disconnect to stop sending leads to Follow Up Boss.
- Click Reconnect to sign in to Follow Up Boss and grant access again, for example to switch accounts.

Troubleshooting
The Follow Up Boss card says Disconnected. The connection stopped. This happens when your Follow Up Boss password changes, when New Home Buddy’s access is removed in Follow Up Boss, or when someone clicks Disconnect. Click Reconnect and grant access again.
An older lead isn’t in Follow Up Boss. Only leads who sign up after you connect are sent.
A lead went to the wrong person. Assignment follows your Follow Up Boss lead flow. Check your distribution rules for the New Home Buddy source.
I don’t see the Follow Up Boss card in New Home Buddy. The integration is included with Branding Pro and Lead Gen Pro. Check your plan under Upgrades.
