The new Activity tab

Click Activity in the left menu. Everything happening across your account shows in one feed, grouped by day.

You’ll see homes viewed and favorited, searches opened, forms sent and, for the first time, clicks on your Personal Link.

Click any event to jump straight to that client, home or search.

Recent Activity emails, every 30 minutes

If there’s activity in a 30-minute window, you get one Recent Activity email that sums it up. No activity, no email.

A client who views eight homes means one email, not eight. It covers your known clients and agents, not anonymous browsing.

It replaces the old daily and batch emails. There’s nothing to set up.

Rep links open in your portal

Tap a builder rep’s Personal Link and it opens right in your Agent Portal. Signed in? You stay signed in.

• Not connected yet? Click Connect in the header, or the handshake icon on any home.
• Already connected? You land on Search Created for [your name], the same view as View Homes.
• Not signed in? Answer Yes to “Are you a Real Estate Agent?” to sign up. The Connect tab opens when you log in.

Reps can see which agents stopped by

Most people who open a rep’s Personal Link are agents who already use New Home Buddy. Until now, reps couldn’t tell who they were.

Now, when you’re signed in and open a rep’s link, the rep sees your name and contact info in their Activity tab and Recent Activity email. They can reach out first, so your next conversation starts warmer.

Only agents can start a connection. That hasn’t changed.
