How to View User Details on the Sales Portal

One rep’s profile, activity and leads.

Open anyone on your team to see their profile, the activity on their links and every lead they’ve received. Go to Users and click a name, or search for them at the top.

Who can access this? Admins, Managers and Portal Viewers can view User Details. Only Admins and Managers can edit. About user roles

Details tab

The default view, with everything about the account:

  • Role, contact info (name, email, phone) and Personal Link handle
  • Division(s) and Communities
  • Connections: how many agents have connected with them
  • Created At and Updated At

Managing a user

Admins and Managers can act from the Details tab:

  • Disable Account turns off an account without deleting it.
  • Resend Invite sends the invite again to someone who hasn’t signed up yet.

Admins have full control. Managers can edit Portal Viewers and Sales Reps in their divisions. Portal Viewers can’t edit. See User Roles.

Activity tab

Activity on the rep’s links, and the only place in the Sales Portal with activity for one rep. It covers their Personal Link, Lead Gen Searches and Client Searches, grouped by day, then by month. Each row is one person with a count of their events. Buyers are never named.

Leads tab

Every lead the rep has received, newest first: the agent’s name and photo, the date, and what prompted it. These are the same leads as the Dashboard’s Leads card, filtered to one rep.

Users with two roles

Someone with a Sales Portal role who also sells has two sections on Details: Sales Portal Permissions and Sales Rep Details.

    Check Activity

    A quiet feed is the earliest sign a rep isn’t sharing their links.

  • Weekly
    Scan Leads

    Make sure every lead got a response, and spot which agents keep coming back.

  • As needed
    Resend stuck invites

    Anyone who hasn’t signed up yet is one Resend Invite away.
