What Builder Rep Performance Shows

On the My Division tab of your Dashboard, every rep in your selected division shows up as a card in the Builder Rep Performance panel.

Each rep’s card shows:

  • Rep name and profile photo
  • Email and phone icons for quick contact
  • Activity icons with counts across five categories
  • Trend arrow — green up, red down, or sideways based on Momentum change vs. the previous period

The list is ranked top-to-bottom by NHB Momentum™, so the rep generating the most meaningful activity sits at the top.

Understanding NHB Momentum™

NHB Momentum™ is the AI-powered ranking signal that powers every “Top” list in the Sales Portal. Here’s the short version of how it works.

✨ NHB Momentum™

A weighted scoring system that signals where a rep is headed

Different actions carry different weights in our scoring system. A buyer submitting a tour request on one of a rep’s homes carries more weight than a click on a search result, for example.

Momentum looks at how a rep’s total weighted score changes over your selected time period compared to the previous period of equal length. So what you’re seeing isn’t just a snapshot of activity — it’s a signal of where a rep is headed.

Green up

Momentum increased vs. previous period

Red Down

Momentum dropped vs. previous period

Sideways

Momentum stayed about the same

Hover over any arrow to see the exact percentage change. For example, “NHB Momentum™ is up 200%” based on increased buyer activity compared to the previous period.

Reading the Activity Icons

Each rep’s card shows five activity icons with counts. Here’s what each one represents:

🤝

Connections

New agent connections the rep made during the period

👆

Home Clicks

Times buyers and agents clicked on the rep’s homes

❤️

Favorites

🪪

Contact Views

Tours & Info Requests

The combination paints a picture. A rep with lots of Clicks but few Contact Views is getting traffic but may need help converting it. A rep with rising Connections is building relationships that should pay off in future periods.

Filtering by Division and Time Period

The Builder Rep Performance panel updates when you change either of these two Dashboard controls:

  • Division selector — If you manage multiple divisions, switch between them at the top of the Dashboard. Each division has its own rep leaderboard.
  • Time period buttons — Choose from Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (default), Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days. Momentum rankings and trend arrows recalculate based on the period you pick.

For a deeper look at how filters work across the whole Dashboard, see the Dashboard Overview.

Tips for Using Builder Rep Performance

This panel becomes more valuable the more deliberately you use it. Here’s how to work it into your team’s rhythm:

WEEKLY

Use the 7-day view for a real-time team pulse

Who’s active this week? Who’s quiet? A 30-second scan of the 7-day view tells you where your team’s energy is right now.

MONTHLY

Pay attention to the shape of activity

A rep with 50 Home Clicks and 10 Connections is building a pipeline. A rep with 200 Home Clicks and 0 Connections may be driving traffic but missing the relationship piece.

MONTHLY

Reach out to rising reps

If a rep’s Momentum is up 200%, something is working. Ask them what they’re doing — that’s material you can share with the rest of the team.

QUARTERLY

Use the 90-day view for performance reviews

When you’re evaluating a rep, preparing for a 1-on-1, or considering promotions, the 90-day view filters out short-term noise and shows you real patterns.

PRO TIP

Check in with falling reps early

A red down arrow doesn’t automatically mean a problem, but it’s a signal worth investigating. Sometimes a rep is slammed with tours and can’t surface new activity. Sometimes they need support or fresh content. Catching it early is better than finding out at end of quarter.
