What the Top Performing Agents Dashboard Shows

On the My Division tab of your Dashboard, Pro subscribers see a Top Performing Agents panel showing every real estate agent driving meaningful activity on your division’s homes.

Each row represents one agent. The list is ranked top-to-bottom by NHB Momentum™ — so the agent generating the most engagement on your homes sits at the top, and agents losing momentum drift down.

This is the panel you check when you want to know which agents are showing real interest in your inventory — the ones worth a personal hello, an event invite, or a follow-up from one of your reps.

Contact Info Right in the Dashboard

One of the most valuable features of Top Performing Agents is having contact info right next to performance data. Every agent’s row includes email and phone icons.

Hover any icon to see the agent’s email or phone number

Hover over the email icon to see the agent’s email address. Hover over the phone icon to see their phone number. From there, copy whatever you need to follow up — no CRM hunting, no app switching, no scrolling through old threads.

This matters because speed matters. When you spot an agent whose Momentum is climbing 200% week-over-week, the right time to reach out is now — while their interest is hot. A quick intro email from a rep in your division, or an invitation to your next broker event, can turn an engaged agent into a long-term partner.

Understanding NHB Momentum™

NHB Momentum™ is the AI-powered ranking signal that determines which agents show up at the top of this list. Here’s the short version of how it works.

✨ NHB Momentum™

A weighted scoring system that signals where an agent is headed

Different actions carry different weights in our scoring system. An agent whose client submits a tour request carries more weight than a click on a search result, for example.

Momentum looks at how an agent’s total weighted score changes over your selected time period compared to the previous period of equal length. So what you’re seeing isn’t just a snapshot of activity — it’s a signal of where an agent is headed.

Momentum increased vs. previous period

Red Down

Momentum dropped vs. previous period

Sideways

Momentum stayed about the same

Hover over any arrow to see the exact percentage change. For example, “NHB Momentum™ is up 572%” based on increased buyer activity compared to the previous period.

Reading the Activity Icons

Each agent’s row shows four activity icons with counts. The combination tells you a lot about how that agent is engaging.

An agent with 50 clicks and 0 favorites might be window-shopping for themselves. An agent with 10 clicks, 4 favorites, and a tour request is actively working a buyer — and worth a direct conversation.

How to Filter by Division and Time Period

The Top Performing Agents dashboard updates automatically when you change either of these two Dashboard controls:

  • Division selector — If you manage multiple divisions, switch between them in the top dropdown. Each division shows its own agent leaderboard.
  • Time period buttons — Choose from Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (default), Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days. Momentum rankings and trend arrows recalculate based on the period you pick.

Use the 7-day view to spot agents heating up right now. Use the 90-day view to identify your most reliable long-term traffic drivers. For a deeper look at how filters work across the whole Dashboard, see the Dashboard Overview.

Tips for Using Top Performing Agents

The list itself is just a starting point. Here’s how to turn it into stronger agent relationships:

Invite rising agents to your next event

If an agent’s Momentum is up 200%, they’re paying attention to your division. A personal invite to a broker breakfast or grand opening can lock in a relationship before your competition notices.

Watch for agents with high favorites but no tours

This often means they have a buyer who’s interested but hasn’t pulled the trigger. A well-timed email from a rep — “I saw your client favorited our Magnolia plan, happy to answer any questions” — can move that buyer to action.

MONTHLY

Build Connections with your top 10

Your highest-Momentum agents are already sending traffic to your homes. When they Connect with one of your reps, future leads on your homes can route directly to that rep. For many divisions, this is a great way to reward reps who are building agent relationships — and gives engaged agents a consistent point of contact. Learn more about Agent Connections.

MONTHLY

Share the list with your reps

Your Sales Reps don’t have Sales Portal access, but you can forward specific agent contact info to the right rep so they can reach out directly. Match rising agents to reps who work the same communities.

Track Momentum changes after big moves

Run a new incentive? Launch a new community? Host an event? Check the Top Performing Agents list a week later. Agents whose Momentum spikes are the ones responding — and the ones worth following up with.
