What is a Personal Link?
It’s a live link to new construction homes on New Home Buddy. Every home shows your name, photo and contact info, and nobody else’s.
It updates on its own as homes are added, prices change and homes sell. Buyers never see commission or bonuses on it.
It’s free, and it always will be. Paid plans can add your logo and brand color, but they never lock the link itself.
1Agent or Builder Portal
Copy your link
Click the link icon at the top right of any page: Copy Personal Link. That’s it. It’s ready to paste.
You’ll also find it on your Lead Gen page and under Settings › Profile info.

Make the link yours
Your link ends with your name: a.nhb.app/u/natalie-brooks. You can change that ending.
Open Settings › Profile info, click the pencil on your Personal Link card, type a new ending and click Save.

Get your QR code
Click the QR icon on your Personal Link card, then Download.
Put it on flyers, open house sign-in sheets, yard signs and business cards. On your phone, the QR icon opens your share sheet instead.

Visitors become your leads
Anyone can browse with no login. They’re asked to sign up when they favorite a home, ask about one, or after 90 seconds of browsing.
When they do, they’re added to your Clients as a new lead, with a search made for them. You get an email right away, and their visits show up under Activity.

Agents vs. builder reps
You create and share it the same way. What it shows is different.
Agents

Save your link as a home screen shortcut, so you always have inventory ready to show.
- Print the QR code
Add it to flyers, postcards and business cards.
- Post it weekly
Share it on Facebook or in client emails with a quick note about new inventory.
- Start every buyer with it
Send it in your first text with a new buyer. They’ll get used to clicking your link instead of Zillow.
