How to Subscribe to NHB Sales Portal Pro

$1,000 a month per division. Month-to-month.

You’ve seen the locked dashboards. Here’s what’s behind them, and how to turn them on for your division in about 30 seconds.

What free divisions see

Pro panels are visible but locked: greyed-out placeholder sample data behind a lock, “Upgrade to Pro to unlock this feature,” and a Subscribe button. The numbers behind the lock are samples, not your data. Every Pro panel carries a purple PRO badge.

How to subscribe

  1. Log in at sales.newhomebuddy.com with an Admin or Manager account.
  2. Click Subscriptions in the left menu. There’s a card for each division you can access.
  3. Click Subscribe on the division you want, and complete the secure Stripe checkout.
  4. Pro unlocks right away. Head back to the Dashboard.

Managing your subscription

A subscribed division’s card shows its renewal date and a Manage button to update payment, see invoices or cancel. Pro is month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you cancel, Pro stays on through the end of the billing period, and your history is kept if you come back.

More than one division
