Based on buyer and agent activity on New Home Buddy. NHB Market Trends data is aggregated from activity on our platform — not pulled from your CRM, builder website, MLS, or any external source.
Subscribing takes about 30 seconds. Here’s the full flow:
Head to sales.newhomebuddy.com and sign in with your Admin or Manager account.
You’ll see a card for each division you have access to. Any division without an active Pro subscription will show “No Subscription” at the top.

You’ll be taken to a secure checkout page. Enter your payment info and confirm. Pro is month-to-month with no long-term contract.
All Pro features unlock instantly. Head back to the Dashboard and you’ll see the previously locked sections now fully visible.
Once a division is subscribed, its card on the Subscriptions page shows the next renewal date and a Manage button.
Click Manage to update your payment method, view past invoices, or cancel the subscription.
Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel anytime, and you’ll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
Worried about losing your data if you cancel? Don’t be. Your historical data stays intact. If you resubscribe later, you’ll pick up right where you left off.
Each division is billed separately at $1,000 per month.
If you oversee multiple divisions and want Pro access for each, you’ll need to subscribe to each one individually from the Subscriptions page. This gives you the flexibility to try Pro in one division first and expand from there as you see results.

Does a Pro subscription cover all my divisions?
No. Pro is priced per division at $1,000/month. Each division you manage needs its own subscription, which gives you flexibility to start with one and expand from there.
Can I try before I commit?
Pro is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Subscribe for a month, try it out, and cancel if it’s not the right fit. You’ll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
Do Sales Reps get Pro access?
Sales Reps use the Builder Portal and don’t have Sales Portal access. Pro features are for Admins, Managers, and Portal Viewers in your division. If a rep needs analytics access, they can be assigned a Sales Portal role in addition to their rep account.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your historical data stays intact. If you resubscribe later, you’ll pick up right where you left off — no data lost, no setup needed.
Does Pro include the free features too?
Yes. Pro unlocks premium dashboards on top of everything that comes free — Recent Leads, Builder Rep Performance, Traffic Charts, User Management, and the Events calendar view.
Where does the data in NHB Market Trends come from?
All NHB Market Trends data is based on buyer and agent activity recorded on New Home Buddy — not from your CRM, builder website, MLS, or any external source. We only see what happens within New Home Buddy.
