Your division at a glance — leads, rep performance, traffic, and market activity, all in one view. Here’s how the Dashboard works and how to make it part of your weekly rhythm.

Who can access this? Admins, Managers, and Portal Viewers. Sales Reps use the Builder Portal and don’t have Sales Portal access.

The Two Dashboard Tabs

The Dashboard has two tabs at the top:

My Division — Shows your own division’s data: leads, rep performance, traffic, top homes, and top agents. This tab is your daily driver.

NHB Market Trends — Aggregate market intelligence based on buyer and agent activity across New Home Buddy. Compare incentives, see traffic patterns, and rank top areas. Available with NHB Sales Portal Pro.

How to Filter by Division and Time Period

Two controls at the top of the Dashboard apply to everything you see:

Division selector — If you manage multiple divisions, switch between them in the top dropdown. The entire Dashboard updates when you change divisions.

Time period buttons — Choose from Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days (default), Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days. Every metric, ranking, and trend arrow recalculates instantly based on the period you pick.

How Comparisons Work: All percent-change indicators compare the selected period to the previous period of equal length. So if you’re looking at the Last 30 Days, the comparison is to the 30 days before that.

The My Division tab is where you spend most of your time. Here’s what each panel does:

A reverse-chronological feed of every lead your division received during the selected time period — including leads that went directly to individual reps through Connections.

Tips for Working the Dashboard Into Your Routine

The most useful Dashboard is the one you actually open. Here’s a cadence that works:

DAILY

Check Recent Leads

Leads move fast. A 30-second daily scan ensures nothing slips past a rep.

WEEKLY

Review the My Division tab

Switch to Last 7 Days. Who’s rising? Who’s slowing? Which homes are climbing the rankings? Make this part of your Monday routine.

MONTHLY

Pull Last 30 Days for team meetings

Use Builder Rep Performance and Top Performing Homes to drive conversations about what’s working.

QUARTERLY

Switch to Last 90 Days

This is where strategic patterns show up. Use it for performance reviews, pricing decisions, and incentive planning.
