Two of the most-requested filters are here. Click More, then find Builder Paid Closing Costs and Interest Rate under Builder.

Builders supply these numbers themselves, so you see who’s offering what at a glance.

Tip: add them to a Client Search to send your buyer only the best deals.

Since December 2025, Interest Rate sets a maximum (“Up To”) and Builder Paid Closing Costs a minimum (“Starting at”). See the December 2025 update.
