Both builders now send their San Antonio homes through automated feeds instead of manual updates.

Smarter emails for agents and builders

We rebuilt our emails from the ground up, with more than 20 automated emails:

• Agents get an email for every new lead.
• New leads get a confirmation email with a link to their Client Search.
• When an agent or an agent’s client shows interest in a home, the builder’s contact for that home gets an email.

Builders see the agent’s contact info only. Your client’s info stays private.

Since July 2025, if you’re connected with a rep who sells that home, the rep gets these emails (Builder Connections). Since September 2026, client activity comes in one Recent Activity email every 30 minutes (see that update).
