Feature update
Connections, a faster Create Search, and client activity
Builder Connections launched, saving a search takes three quick steps, and every client gets an activity feed.
Agents and builder repsFree
Builder Connections are live
Agents can now connect with the builder reps they like working with, from Builder Connections or from a rep’s Personal Link.
That rep becomes your contact on their builder’s homes, and leads can route directly to them. Your client’s info stays private.
Only agents can start a connection. Agents made 1,261 connections in the first six days.
Since September 2026, Connections follow each builder’s cross-sell rules, so your rep shows on the homes they’re able to sell. See the Builder Connections guide.
